이 싱글에서 알려진 곡은 오히려 B사이드의 수록된 Careful with That Axe, Eugene인데, 섬뜩한 분위기의 네 멤버에 즉흥연주와 중간에 워터스의 비명이 인상적인 곡이다.
이곡은 1973년 The Dark Side of the Moon 투어까지 꾸준히 연주되었었고,[6] 중간에 Ummagumma나 Live At Pompeii에서 라이브 버전으로 들을수 있다. 특히 라이브 버전은 스튜디오 버전보다 더 느리며, 훨씬더 오싹한 분위기를 풍긴다.
이외 밴드가 음악으로 참여한 영화 Zabriskie Point에서 Come In Number 51, Your Time Is Up이라는 제목으로 다시 녹음되었다.
