제임스 브라운의 노래. 1970년 싱글로 발매되었다. 가사 중에 Get up을 게랍빠라고 발음하는 바람에 이쪽 이름으로 잘 알려져 있다. 라이트 노벨 풀 메탈 패닉에서 치도리 카나메가 흥이 나면 불러제끼는 레퍼토리 중 하나. 흔히 원제 대신 Sex Machine 이라고만 알려져 있다. 이 음악이 들어있는 앨범 이름이기도 하고 줄여서 대부분 그렇게 부른다.
이 곡이 대중음악사에서 차지하는 비중은 실로 엄청나다. 아예 멜로디 자체가 존재하지 않는, 반복되는 코드와 리듬 위주의 이 곡이 당시의 대중음악계에 가져다 준 충격은 실로 상당한 것이었다.
