1964년 발매된 비틀즈의 노래. A Hard Day's Night에서 폴 매카트니가 작곡한 3곡[3]중 하나다. 원래는 싱글로만 발매될 예정이었으나 영화에 삽입되어 앨범에도 수록되었다. 빌보드 차트에 5주간 1위에 머물렀다. 기존의 1위 곡인 She Loves You를 제치고 1위에 올랐는데, 최초로 3연속 본인의 곡으로 본인의 1위 곡을 바꿔치기한 기록이다. 1964년 4월 4일에는 빌보드 차트 1-5위 곡을 전부 비틀즈가 석권하는 진기록을 세웠다.
폴이 처음으로 단독으로 리드보컬을 맡은 곡이다.
