타 사용자분들의 권한 요청을 보면 control_other_user 권한이 없으면 grant 및 login_history를 자신에게만 사용할 수 있다는 내역이 확인 됩니다. 만약 위 항목이 현재에도 유지 되어 있다면 grant 권한 재요청하는 바이며, 만약 안된다면 아레의 권한을 요청합니다.
