== 개요 ==
Airliners.net은 [[Jetphotos.com]]과 함께 양대 [[항덕]] 커뮤니티이다. [[1996년]]에 만들어졌으며, [[2016년]] [[6월]]경에 새로운 인터페이스로 리뉴얼되었다. 시간대는 국제 표준시(UTC 0)를 사용한다.

== 스크리닝 ==
사진 업로드 기준이 매우 엄격해서, 합성은 거의 찾을 수 없다. 사진을 올려도 'Screener'의 심사를 받고 수락되어야지만 올릴 수 있다. 처음 사진을 올릴 때 상태가 ‘Screening’이라고 뜨는데 진짜로 Screening이 진행 중이면 사진의 edit와 delete 버튼이 '''‘EDIT(locked) DELETE(locked)’'''상태여야 한다.[* 최초심사, HQ1, Appealed, Ask for second opinion 모두 공통이다.]

Rejected의 경우 [[https://www.airliners.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1426915|Photo Acceptance Guide]]에 다양한 거절 사유가 있다.[* Reject되면 [[Jetphotos.com]]과는 달리 자동삭제가 되지 않는다.] 좀 애매하다 싶은것은 High Quality(HQ1,HQ2)를 일단 주고 다시 심사한 뒤 HQ1에서 통과된 경우 HQ2로 올라간다. 아니면 'Ask for Second Opinion'이 나와서 다른 스크리너한테 넘어가기도 한다.

리젝된 사진을 Appeal하면[* Appeal Queue로 넘길 수 있는 사진 수량은 최대 2장이다.] Appeal 신청 즉시 edit와 delete버튼이 잠긴다.[* [[2018년]] 이전에는 이 두 버튼이 바로 잠기지는 않았다.] 만약에 Rejected 되면 상태가 “Rejected After Appeal”이라고 나온다. 사진도 Rejected 코너로 되돌아가고 최초 리젝때 있던 ''''APPEAL''''버튼도 사라진다.[* 이때 Head screener의 단골 멘트는 '''"Screener is correct"''','''"Initial screening correct"''','''"Screener rejection correct"'''이다.]

결과는 이메일로 날아오고, 경우에 따라서 아래의 내용으로 온다.

사진을 올릴 때 촬영장소, 기종, 항공사 등을 모두 기재해야 하며[* 항공기 사진의 경우 'Builder'칸을 반드시 비워야 한다. 안그러면 Info rejection을 먹게 된다.] 가운데 대문짝하게 워터마크로 '''AIRLINERS.NET''' 이라고 적혀있다. 다만 이는 저작권자가 자유롭게 설정할 수 있다. 무단도용 시 어떻게든 글을 내린다는 얘기가 있다. [[스카이팀]], [[스타 얼라이언스]] 등 동맹체 특도기에 카테고리를 'Colorful/Special Paint'로 설정하거나 builder칸이 비어 있지 않은 경우,화물기에 cargo로 국가항공기에 military로 설정하지 않은 경우 등도 Category reject을 받게 된다.

Airliners.net이 예루살렘이라면, [[Jetphotos.com]]은 메카 정도. [[항덕]]들에게 있어서는 성지와 다를 바 없다.
